Architectural Requests
  • How do I submit an Architectural Request?
    Please fill out the Architectural Committee Approval Form found here and send it by email it to your Architectural Control Committee found on the “Contact Us” page or by mail to P.O. Box 200145, Austin, TX 78720.
  • What would require me to submit an Architectural Request?
    All improvements on each lot must be submitted for approval. This includes initial construction of the home as well as any subsequent improvements to the exterior of the house (e.g. fences, sheds, guest houses, pools).
Assessments / Dues
  • How often are dues assessed?
    Dues are assessed on an annual basis and are due by March 31st. 
  • What methods can I use to pay my dues / assessments?
    You may mail your check to the Association's bank at PO Box 678292 Dallas, TX 75267-8292 or you may pay online at www.pamcotx.com. Please be sure to include your HOA account number on all payments.
Meeting Information
  • When will the next Board Meeting take place?
    The Board meetings occur on a bi-monthly basis. The dates and times of the meetings are typically Saturday at 8:00 AM. Notice is posted on the Oak Forest signs at both entry ways. On the "Meetings" tab you will find more information on upcoming and past meetings.

  • How can I be added to the Oak Forest email list?
    Please contact the management company by emailing jonathan@pamcotx.com and request to be added to the community's email list.

  • Who should I contact about the information on the entry signs?
    Please direct all inquries about the lettering or suggestions for wording on the entry way signs to Paul Gravett at pgravett@austin.rr.com, as he is in charge of the sign committee.
